National Gugak Center will do its best to provide a safe and pleasant environment for audiences to enjoy Gugak performances. To secure audience safety, the following are currently in place at NGC performing venues. Audiences' understanding and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

1) Advance ticket reservation & Alternate seating
Please book your tickets in advance when possible, and be sure to sit in your reserved seats during the shows .
2) "Yes" to at least one of the following limits access to NGC
① Have you traveled outside of Korea within the previous two weeks from the performance date?
② Do you exhibit symptoms such as cough, sore throat or fever (above 37.5 degrees Celsius) as of the performance date?
3) Yuanuri Childcare Center temporarily out of operation

1) Wearing Masks Required
The failure to wear masks will limit your access to NGC performing venues.
Masks must be kept on during the course of shows.
Audiences should bring their personal masks for use.
2) Survey & Temperature Measurement (1 hour before shows)
Audiences will be asked to fill in a simple questionaire and to provide their personal information.
The collected information will be provided to relevant government agencies if visitors to NGC performing
venues should get confirmed positive for infection. One month after the end of shows, the relevant information
will be discarded without being used for other purposes. Personal Information Protection Act grants audiences
the right to refuse information provision. The refusal, however, could lead to their limited access to NGC shows.
3) Social Distancing
Please avoid getting too close to others when you receive your tickets,
wait until shows begin or enter performance halls in NGC performing venues.
Acrylic panels have been put on Ticket Office to prevent the
virus from spreading through close contact.
4) Checkroom & Yuanuri Childcare Center out of Operation
Checkroom and Yuanuri Childcare Center are temporarily out of operation.
Please be aware that restricted items (such as flowers, foods, suitcases and plastic bags)
are not allowed into NGC performing venues.
5) Ticket Inspection
Audiences are asked to split their tickets along the dotted lines and
put the removed parts into the ticket-collecting box.
