3 Where is the designated seating for wheelchair users?

Wheelchair seating is located as follows by hall:
Yeakdang (예악당):
Row 가 (4 seats, front)
Row 라 (4 seats, front)
Row 라 (6 seats, Nos. 130–135)

Umyeondang (우면당):
Row 가 (2 seats, front)
Row 다 (2 seats, front)

Pungnyu Sarangbang (풍류사랑방):
Located at the rear of Row 나.

Yeonhui Madang (연희마당):
Front row of Section 가 (2 seats) and Section 나 (2 seats).
2 What are the seat grades and ticket prices?

Seat grades and prices are variable, depending on the venue, genre, and nature of the performance.
Please check the detailed information page for each specific show.
1 Can I change my seat after booking?

Seat changes are not available. To change your seat, you must cancel your existing reservation and make a new booking.

Online & Mobile Reservations:
Cancel and rebook via the National Gugak Center website

Telephone Reservations:
Contact the Customer Support Team at +82-2-580-3300, then select Option 1 to cancel and rebook

In-person Reservations:
Visit the Customer Support Team (1st floor, Pungnyu Sarangbang) at the National Gugak Center with your issued ticket. After cancellation and ticket disposal, you may proceed with a new booking.
* The workhour of our Customer Suppoer Team is: 09:00 AM~06:00 PM, Mon~Sat (we do not work during official holidays)
