The National Gugak Center is happy to announce the 2025 International Gugak Workshop.

■ Dates: June 23 ~ July 4 (2 weeks)
■ Place: National Gugak Center (Seoul, Korea)
■ Number of participants: up to 15 persons
■ Workshop Detail: Lectures on Korean traditional music, instrument lessons, composition workshops, etc.
■ Benefits
- Round-trip flights (economy class) from an airport near the participant's residence to Seoul (Incheon airport).

1. Participants should buy their own flight tickets.
The Center will reimburse the flight fare in the beginning of the first week of the workshop.
2. Reimbursement limits are as follows:
- Asia: 500,000 KRW
- Oceania: 1,500,000 KRW
- North America: 1,800,000 KRW
- Europe & Middle East: 1,000,000 KRW
- Latin America, Africa: 2,000,000 KRW

■ Eligibility
- Music professionals, including composers, musicians, producers, music festival coordinators, etc.
- Scholars and students (preferably holding a BA degree or higher) in the fields of music composition, ethnomusicology, musicology, music education, etc.
- Applicants must be fluent in English and hold citizenship from a country other than Korea.
- Applicants must be able to participant the entire workshop schedule.
