- Additional Information
- Some credit/debit cards issued outside from South Korea may be subject to payment restrictions. Reservation is unavailable after 6:00 PM of the day before the performance. After the reservation hour, you can purchase at the ticket office one hour before the performance.

You can start the reservation procedure after signing up or after entering your personal information (in the case of non-member reservation.
Step 02 Follow the Booking Procedure
Click the “Performance > Reservation > Book Tickets ” menu.
Then you can use the Performance Reservation System (RIA)
How to Receive Tickets
- You can get your tickets at the ticket shop from 1 hour before the performance begins.
- You must bring the evidence for enjoying discount.If not, you will have to pay the non-discounted ticket price
- You can get your tickets more quickly if you show your reservation number or the booking confirmation letter you received.
Please Keep in Mind:
- Pre-school children cannot enter the theater (except performances for children).
- The nursery room for Pre-school children over 36 months is located on the second floor of Yeak-dang.
- Before entering the theater, please turn off your mobile phone.
- Please watch at designated seats during the performance.
- The entrance to the performance venue can be restricted after the beginning of performance. Our people at the reception desk will help in this case.
- You are not allowed to enter the guest room with food or flowers. Filming and recording are prohibited.
- You cannot enter the venue using the seat exchange when tickets are sold out.
- Please show your actual ticket to the receptionist.
